Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

   This Personal Data Processing Policy is drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by “VITA GROUP” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

   1. The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the right to privacy, personal and family confidentiality, to be a fundamental goal and condition for carrying out its activities.

   9. User — any visitor of the website https://vitagroup.ru/en/;
   10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
   11. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publication in the media, placement in information and telecommunications networks, or otherwise providing access to personal data;

   • Email address;
   • Phone number;
   • The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using web analytics services (such as Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others). The above-mentioned data is hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

7. Cross-Border Personal Data Transfer

   1. Before carrying out cross-border personal data transfer, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data transfer is intended to be carried out provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
   2. Cross-border personal data transfer to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if there is written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
