Yes. We use flexographic printing with up to 8 colours. This industrial method ensures high quality, crisp lines and durable graphics.
Can a logo or custom design be printed?
Yes. We print customer logos and branding. You provide the design, we confirm print feasibility with our technologist, then provide the cost for the printed item.
Do you provide design support?
No, we do not have in-house designers. Customers prepare the artwork; we check files for print compliance.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We arrange delivery of finished products. Terms and costs are calculated individually at the time of order.
Is the required item in stock?
It depends on the product. A manager will check availability and advise on the earliest shipping dates.
What are the production lead times?
If in stock — dispatch within one week.
If production is required — 30–45 calendar days, depending on volume and print complexity.
What payment methods are accepted?
100% prepayment. Payment is made via invoice issued by our manager.
What if the website lacks the information I need?
Simply contact a manager. For technical questions, they will check with production and respond within 1–2 hours, depending on workload.
Can I receive samples?
Yes, samples are provided free of charge from stock.
Delivery in Moscow — on us.
Delivery to other cities is paid by the recipient.
Who manages the order after payment?
After payment, the order is assigned to a dedicated office manager, overseeing all stages from production to delivery.
